Room was wonderful with nice, big balcony however for some reason when I arrived it was super hot and the temperature control didn't work, I had to keep balcony open pretty much all the time. Receptionist tried to make it work but couldn't activate heater off option. It was leaving early morning so I didn't press. Wish their lovely rooftop terrace was open longer. Helpful staff, especially night clerk Valter who went above and beyond. Great breakfast. Location good enough, about 20 min. walk to Center. Not too many places to eat around but hotel's meals were good quality and reasonably priced.

We didn't eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel, preferring to eat when we were out. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was part glass, part frosted wall so it did mean that you had to either go to the toilet in the dark so as to not disturb your partner, and announce when you were going during the day to ensure that you got some privacy! It was noisy at night due to the traffic on the road but not a huge disruption. We didn't hear noise from other guests. The rooftop bar was lovely in the early evening.

The breakfast was delicious, there were lots of options at the buffet, and we were able to order coffees and croissants to our room one morning. The staff were lovely, the room was far nicer than I expected with a spacious balcony! The location is easy to access on the metro (25mins from airport) and it's a lovely 20 minute walk down hill to the touristy/ restaurant area of Lisbon, Bairro Alto and Alfama.

This was a lovely hotel with very efficient and helpful staff. I have a severe wheat allergy but the staff were extremely helpful, especially the gentleman working the breakfast shift who even went to buy cereal for me for the following day. It was also lovely going back to our room everyday to clean towels and bedding. The food in the restaurant was amazing!

Susan

The breakfast and options was excellent....very clean and modern looking.....very happy with the room.....a bit small for my liking but we were only there for 1 night as we just got off a cruise ship and wanted to stay 1 extra night before flying out the next day....
