The beds were very comfortable and location of the hotel is top, very close to the airport and other touristic attractions. The hotel was clean and staff helpful and nice. The bread and pastry varieties were fresh and tasty.

The breakfast was delicious, there were lots of options at the buffet, and we were able to order coffees and croissants to our room one morning. The staff were lovely, the room was far nicer than I expected with a spacious balcony! The location is easy to access on the metro (25mins from airport) and it's a lovely 20 minute walk down hill to the touristy/ restaurant area of Lisbon, Bairro Alto and Alfama.

The hotel is wonderfully designed. The facilities are great, everything new, even the soap is quality. The staff is very nice, helpful and kind. The location is perfect, 20 mins walk from the center, not in the middle of the tourist craziness. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, massage parlors around on half price than in the center. Great variety of coffee in the morning and even the breakfast is acceptable. With some minuses which I will mention below, we will return to this property if in Lisbon in the future.

Great Hotel. Was travelling with a friend. We stayed in hotel for 8 nights. Location is pretty close to city centre and many cafes and restaurants. Cleaning staff was very friendly and good at their job. Hotel reception staff was super friendly and helpful with any queries. There is also a roof top bar with nice view. Bar manager Jose was was very friendly and helpful. He helped us even to book tickets to local football game as it was booked out. Can’t thank him enough with service and professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel and You will be treated well!

I was happy with the location as I enjoy walking and it wasn't too far from the main areas I wanted to visit. Ubers were also plentiful and reasonably priced. The receptionists in particular were very friendly, helpful and pleasant as were the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was only okay, not much variety. Room + bathroom was clean and comfortable and I was happy with size and price. I would stay here again.

There was a good choice for breakfast. It was a good location between 2 Metro stations that serve the red and the green lines. Nespresso machine in the room which was a bonus. The sockets in the room offer USB as well as European plugs which was very handy for mobiles and laptops.

A very nice hotel in a good location, close to the city center and to the airport. The room was clean and nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all speak perfect English and are very professional. The best thing is that they have a 24h reception so we had no problems checking out very early in the morning! Excellent customer service and thank you for the Easter gift! 😇

The breakfast was diverse, we are glad to have it. The noise cancellation of the room was perfect. The staff was exteremly helpful. Spoke good english, and let our baggages be left on the receprion after checking out.
